How To Get Started:

To get started, you will need to create an account and sign up for your membership. Don't worry! This only takes a couple of minutes. If you have any difficulty or need assistance, please contact us and our team can gladly help you out. To get started, please follow these steps:


Step 1) Create Your Account
Click here to create your account. You will first select your membership, add to cart, then proceed to checkout. You will then enter your name and contact information to sign up for your account. Next, you will submit your billing information, then you'll be ready to book your first class!

Step 2) Book A Class
Once you have created your account and signed up for a membership, you can visit the schedule and simply click 'Book Now!' next to the class you'd like to sign up for. You should see a popup with the class info and once you click complete, your reservation for that class will be complete.

Step 3) Accessing Virtual Workout Classes
Once you sign up for a class, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to the Zoom meeting. Simply click that link at the time/date of the class. Please note that you cannot join classes late. Once a class has started, you will not be able to join. We recommend clicking the Zoom link and joining the class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
